Tmib Dream Pad is a tabbed word processor similar to Notepad++, but is a word processor/programming editor vishal. It'll support plugins and multiple formats Rich Text Format, Txt file, Drm , Doc or Docx file. Its written in vb.  It's use in GNU General Public License version 2 (GPLv2).
